Who we are
Bedrijfshandtekening (bedrijfshandtekening.nl) manages email signatures for organisations. Questions about privacy can be sent through the contact form.
Which data
- When you sign up or contact us: company name, name, email address and optionally a phone number.
- For your employees' signatures: name, job title, department, email address, phone numbers and optionally a profile photo. These come from Microsoft 365 (read-only) or are entered by your administrator.
- Usage: when the add-in fetches a signature (date, device type) and banner clicks, for the statistics in your portal and the number of active mailboxes on the invoice.
What for
Only to provide the service: building and placing signatures, the admin portal, support and invoicing. We sell nothing and share no data for advertising. This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies.
Roles and data processing agreement
For your employees' data your organisation is the controller and we are the processor. We provide a data processing agreement on request.
Where and how long
Data is stored on servers within the European Union and transmitted encrypted. If you cancel, we delete your organisation's data within 60 days, except what we are legally required to keep (such as invoices).
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data. Employees can also contact their own employer for this. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
