Good to know.
Do I need Microsoft 365?
No. With Microsoft 365 everything runs automatically through the add-in. Without it you add employees yourself and they copy their signature to Gmail, Apple Mail, Outlook.com or Outlook in one click. In Gmail and Outlook.com banners then update automatically.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. In the Outlook app for iPhone and Android the add-in adds the signature to new emails automatically. Employees choose their default signature on their own page, and that applies on their phone as well.
Do I have to install anything on computers?
No. You deploy the add-in once in the Microsoft 365 admin center; Microsoft then rolls it out to your employees.
Can someone have more than one signature?
Yes. If someone works for several companies or departments, they choose which signature to use per email, each with its own job title.
What happens after the trial?
You receive a monthly invoice for the number of active mailboxes. Up to 3 mailboxes stays free. If you stop, signatures are simply no longer added; your email keeps working as normal.
What do you do with our data?
We only use what the signature needs: name, job title, phone, email address and optionally a profile photo. Nothing is shared or sold. Read more in our privacy statement.
