Why Outlook signatures so often go wrong

In Outlook every employee sets up their own signature, often per device. The result is familiar: different fonts, an old logo, a missing job title and on the phone just 'Sent from my iPhone'. A new brand or office move means everyone has to start over.

Group Policy scripts only help on domain computers, not in the browser or on mobile, and since Microsoft stores signatures in the cloud they work less and less reliably.
