Microsoft 365 & Exchange Online

One signature for every Microsoft 365 user.

Microsoft 365 has no built-in way to manage a formatted signature for everyone. Bedrijfshandtekening fills that gap: centrally managed, with data from Entra ID and visible in Outlook while you type.

Why a transport rule is not enough

A mail flow rule in the Exchange admin center can append a disclaimer to outgoing mail. That works for short text, but the sender never sees it while writing, it repeats at the bottom of every reply, and personal formatting with photos and logos is hard to manage.

How it works with Microsoft 365

After a single admin consent, Bedrijfshandtekening reads users, photos and domains from Microsoft 365 (read-only). An add-in that you deploy in the Microsoft 365 admin center places the signature directly in Outlook.

  • Name, job title, department, phone, office and photo from Entra ID
  • New starters get their signature automatically, leavers disappear
  • Rules per department, company or office
  • Test with a few users first in test mode
  • Nothing is changed in your Microsoft 365 or Exchange
FAQ

Frequently asked

Which permissions does it need?

Read-only access to users and domains (User.Read.All and Domain.Read.All).

Can I pilot it with a few people?

Yes. Test mode only syncs the users you choose, so colleagues are not affected.

Does my email go through your servers?

No. The add-in only fetches the signature; your email is sent by Microsoft as usual.
